Alternative Healthcare Practitioner

To certify, please complete the following steps:

1. Follow the blueprint certification requirements.
   
   
2. Provide appropriate proof and required documentation required for certification.
   
   
3. Complete the appropriate application for Alternative Healthcare.
   
   
4. Send completed application, required documents and payment by one of two ways:

Note: To renew certification, applicant must pay $65 per year and have 30 CEU's in continuing education credits.
